He also has a total of 16 years of experience in senior management of health and human services related not-for-profits and has served in many board and committee leadership capacities. He has led successful capital and endowment campaigns and is an accomplished principal, leadership and major / planned gifts fundraiser. He is a popular presenter on topics related to fundraising, board development, not-for-profit management and professional ethics on the regional, national and international stage. He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals International.
