Lori Ropa has served as Executive Director of The Arc Jefferson, Clear Creek & Gilpin Counties in Colorado for just over four years. Becoming a part of The Arc family was the realization of her dream to fully utilize her skills in an organization that embraces and respects every person, and strives to create a world that reflects the values she holds close to her heart. In 2012, she was presented with NCE’s Rising Star Award at The Arc’s National Convention in Washington, D.C. She also serves on the NCE Steering Committee, The Arc’s Board Development Committee, and the American Society of Association Executives’ Professional Conduct Committee.
